Brand Design Ltd.
From brand identity and the first question to a real purchase.
We built our own B2A system around shared information: the website, services, AI adviser and commerce process all work from the same foundation. B2A means Business-to-Agent. It prepares a business to communicate and trade with people and with AI agents authorised to act for them. A customer can understand the offer, ask a question and move towards a purchase, either directly or through their agent.
This is our own business in operation. It brings together brand and web development, website diagnostics, AI presence measurement, enquiries and agentic commerce. The connections between those capabilities are the heart of the project.
Send us your website and describe what you want to make easier for your customers. We will identify the changes and define a suitable project scope.
One business, many ways to reach it
A customer might discover you through search, a recommendation, an article or a conversation with AI. Practical questions follow: do you provide the right service, what does it include, how is it priced and how does the work begin?
For Brand Design, we set a clear goal: connect those moments into a coherent experience. The brand should be recognisable. The website should explain the offer. Advice should help someone make a choice. When they are ready to act, the system should accept an enquiry or order with the information needed to take it forward.
We added a further requirement. The same business must be understandable to AI systems that search and compare on a customer's behalf. That calls for accurate facts, clear terms and evidence that can be checked.
Building this for our own company lets us develop and use those connections in daily work. Each part has a specific role in the customer's journey.
The brand, website and offer tell the same story
We began with the foundation we build for clients through B2A Brand and web design and development: a recognisable identity, consistent presentation and a clear service structure. The Bulgarian and English website connects each service with its scope, relevant case studies and a practical next action.
Behind that presentation, we maintain one source for company facts, services, prices and terms. It keeps the pages, public catalogue and machine-readable descriptions aligned. A change to an offer has a defined place to be managed and can carry through consistently to the different channels.
We applied the logic of B2A Product to the offer itself. Services are structured so customers can understand what they receive, under which terms and when an individual quote is required. The adviser uses the same information. An order starts from a specific offer the customer has accepted.
We also built the principle of brand protection into how information and actions are governed. Facts have approved sources, terms require explicit acceptance and purchasing actions require the appropriate authority. The business keeps control of its offer as different people and systems use it.
For a company with several services or frequent changes, this provides a foundation for clearer communication and easier maintenance. The team manages the offer as a whole, while the customer receives consistent information throughout the journey.
Turning a question into a useful enquiry
We implemented an AI adviser on the website to take part in conversations about our services. It works with company content and commercial rules, retains the conversation context and points visitors towards a relevant service or next step. The interface is available in Bulgarian and English and includes voice features.
This is a practical application of the Expert AI Consultant. Someone can start with their question before they know which service to choose. The conversation helps them find their way, while the contact path gathers the information needed to continue with our team.
For visitors who first want to understand the state of their website, we built a free automated check. It examines publicly accessible technical and information signals and provides a report. The sample report, in Bulgarian, shows what that first output looks like.
There is a clear choice afterwards. A complex or uncertain problem can lead to a Business Audit. Someone with a specific brief can discuss implementation directly. The enquiry form captures their goal and context, and the confirmation explains what happens next on our side.
Different visitors therefore have an appropriate way to begin. One arrives with a defined project, another with a question, and a third with a problem they cannot yet explain. We have built a working entry point for each situation.
Measuring how a business appears in AI answers
Organising the information is part of the work. The next question is what someone actually sees when they look for a solution through AI.
For B2A Brand Signal, we developed our own platform to collect, compare and track AI answers. We organise questions, observe the brands mentioned and sources cited, and measure share of voice, or SOV, relative to the competitors being monitored. Measurement history and change alerts help us trace what happened for a particular question and period.
This makes a discussion about visibility specific. We can examine when a brand appears, how it is described and which sources contribute to the answer. We then identify work on the content, website and public information that is relevant to what we have found.
As a separate public example of our research approach, we published a study of AI visibility for medical spa hotels in Bulgaria. It contains 20 questions in two languages and 80 saved answers from four AI systems. The complete dataset lets readers trace the questions, answers and results.
For a client, the value is a better basis for a decision: what was observed, where the problem lies and what should be monitored after a change. Technical readiness, actual AI answers and resulting enquiries each have their own place in that assessment.
Building the process after the decision to buy
Once a customer chooses a service, another important part of the work begins. The brief, billing details, scope and terms must be agreed. Payment, confirmation and fulfilment of the accepted order follow.
We connected those steps to our catalogue. We implemented a process for submitting a brief, accepting terms, paying through Stripe, following the order status and accessing the invoice. The system supports both offers with a defined price and services whose scope and final amount must first be agreed individually.
After confirmed payment, the system connects the financial record with an invoice, a client record, a work task and an outgoing email. The order moves into delivery with the context the team needs. The first real purchase on 15 September 2026 reached an issued invoice and an open work task, with the customer completing payment through Stripe. That operational cycle is documented in the published implementation record.
We implemented agentic commerce on the same foundation. An AI agent authorised by its customer can read the offer and proceed to an order and payment. Its permissions and the accepted terms form part of the checks, while the commercial records make it possible to trace what was requested and fulfilled.
We tested that path with a real outside participant. On 21 September 2026, their AI agent received a challenge without a merchant name, domain or checkout link. It independently discovered 101Ts3t and completed a EUR 0.99 purchase. The public verification result records PASS for discovery, evidence integrity, transaction evidence and completed agentic commerce.
The test amount was small, but the process it verified matters: an outside agent went from independent discovery to a paid and fulfilled order. The signed evidence and permanent Zenodo archive allow the result to be examined beyond this page.
We continued development with ACP and UCP adapters, checks for control of an agent's declared domain and signed records of the route used. Version 1.4 of the technical record documents these implemented capabilities. Approval for the native commerce programmes of Google or OpenAI is a separate step.
The result is how these capabilities work together
Brand Design now has its own system supporting different stages of a customer's decision. The brand and website present the offer. Shared information keeps services and terms consistent. The AI adviser and website check help visitors find a useful next step. An enquiry carries context to the team, while the commerce process connects an accepted offer to an order and payment.
Alongside this, the measurement platform gives us a tool for observing representation in AI answers. The public study demonstrates our method, and the external test establishes a specific completed purchase.
This is why we are a strong fit for a project of this kind: we combine creative brand work with practical development, measurement and commerce operations. We use the system in our own business and can show its specific parts. For your project, that means one partner who can connect how an offer looks with how a customer understands, chooses and orders it.
Applying the approach to your business
We start with your business and what is already in place. For an online store, product data and ordering may be the priority. For a consultancy, the focus may be clear service scope and better enquiry information. For a hotel or local service, accurate information, discovery and the path to a booking may matter most.
Understand the customer journey.
How people find you, what they ask, how they choose and where your team needs to help.
Organise the offer and its rules.
What you sell, under which terms, which facts are approved and how they stay current.
Connect the capabilities you need.
Agree the specific work on brand, website, AI advice, measurement or commerce, including the connections between them.
Verify the working process.
Establish how we will confirm that the agreed work is complete and what is useful to monitor afterwards.
We can begin with a particular website, service or obstacle. Expansion follows the needs and readiness of your business.
Before we discuss your system
Do we need a new brand and website?
We start with what already works. An established identity, useful content and existing systems can provide the foundation. We propose changes where they are needed for the agreed objective and the connections between the different parts.
Can we commission only part of the work?
Yes. A website, an improved offer, B2A Brand Signal or an AI adviser can each have a standalone scope. We clarify the data and connections the work depends on so you know what the proposal includes and what sits outside it.
How does the automated check differ from AI presence measurement?
The automated check examines technical and information signals on a website. AI presence measurement examines actual answers to defined questions. They provide different information and can be used together when the project calls for it.
Will AI be able to sell our services independently?
That depends on the offer, permitted actions and implemented connections. A service with clearly defined terms can follow a different process from a project requiring negotiation and an individual price. We establish in advance what the system handles and when a person joins the process.
How will we know whether the project has succeeded?
We set criteria around the task. They might include accurate information, a working enquiry path, a completed order or observed presence within a defined sample of AI answers. Sales growth requires its own measurement; successful implementation alone does not establish that growth.
Which part of your business needs to work better?
Send us your website, your main offer and the action you want to make easier for a customer. It could be choosing a service, starting a conversation, requesting a quote or completing a purchase.
We will review the context, establish what is already in place and define the work needed. A clear brief can move directly to a specific project. Where the problem first needs to be understood, we will recommend appropriate diagnostic work.
