What the work covers.
Output
audit
We track what the models say about you and where the claim parts company with the facts.
Correction
The claim is checked, the source is updated, the feedback to the platform is documented.
Synthetic
media
Marking your own content, and takedown protocols for content that is not yours.
Crisis
protocol
Who does what and in what order. Written beforehand, not invented during the incident.
Prevention
Consistent facts across public sources reduce the risk of recurring errors in AI answers.
What the service is
Language models produce text that sounds plausible, and plausible is not the same as true. We have seen invented founding dates, court proceedings that never happened, wrong specifications and outdated prices, delivered with a confidence the customer has no reason to question. Nobody writes a rebuttal to a machine.
The work runs on four layers. Continuous auditing of the outputs for factual errors and negative framing. Correction of hallucinations by verifying the claim, updating the source and documenting feedback to the platform. Protection against synthetic media, with content marking and takedown protocols. And crisis protocols prepared in advance with levels of escalation, so nobody has to invent a response during the incident.
The process during an incident is always the same: document, verify against reliable sources, correct your own sources, align the profiles and measure again. The price is 1000 euro to build it and 200 euro a month for the monitoring. Prevention does more work here than reaction, because consistent facts across public sources reduce the risk of recurring hallucinations.
„The quality and innovative solutions for my business were impressive.“
When it makes sense
Take on protection once your name means something. The more often the systems mention you, the more often they will get something wrong about you, and the error travels with the same confidence as the truth. In regulated work, in prices, in deadlines and in anything a customer can check and feel misled by, the cost of one error is not reputational but direct.
The right moment is before the incident rather than during it. A crisis protocol written in advance costs a few hours. The same protocol invented on the fly costs a week, and it is usually written by someone who is in no state at that moment to write it well.
Verifiable facts. A protected brand.
Before we start
Working together3 questions
How does the work run?
Document the incident; check the facts and sources; prioritise corrections in information we control; track the agreed response and subsequent observations.
What should I prepare?
Exact output or incident, date, source URL, original brand facts and the business risk. Monitoring and response scope are confirmed before starting.
What happens after I enquire?
Send the brief and the result you need. We clarify the scope, dependencies and next step before starting. Business Audit is the expert diagnostic route for complex or unclear tasks. A clearly scoped logo, website or other project can start directly after a brief. You can commission the audit on its own. Brand optimisation includes the audit, an action plan, implementation and before/after measurements within the agreed scope; the included audit is not charged again as a separate service.
Pricing, timing and rights2 questions
What determines the price and timing?
The proposal follows the agreed deliverables, complexity, available materials and review stages. We confirm the schedule after checking the brief and dependencies; no single deadline applies to every project. Project payments: 50% advance before work starts and 50% final payment on completion.
Which files and rights will I receive?
We list the final deliverables, formats and usage rights in the proposal. Working files, third-party licences and additional adaptations are not assumed to be included. The agreed scope and published intellectual-property terms apply.
