B2A Brand
Strategy, identity, logo design, websites, print, outdoor advertising, video and 3D within one coherent brand.
A recognisable identity across every touchpoint
B2A Brand connects strategy, identity and the ways people experience your business. We develop or build on your existing brand, with a clear scope for every application.
What we agree
Positioning, visual and verbal identity, a logo system, websites, print and outdoor advertising, video and 3D. The brief specifies which disciplines, applications and final files are included.
Where the scope differs
A full identity is not required for every small production update. A clearly defined logo or material can be scoped separately.
What to prepare
Current assets, audience, offer, important applications and who will approve the work. Scope, research and review rounds determine timing and fee.
One identity across real applications
Maria Lozanova
A new logo, course covers, event tickets and a brand film brought the academy, marketing and live events into one visual system.
Wedding Seasons
A new logo and a redesigned WordPress website aligned the wedding photography brand with the way its work is presented online.
One identity. Across every application.
Position and visual language

Explore web developmentHow we build the identity.
A classic brand identity works well while a company produces ten to twenty unique assets a month across two or three channels. Once that number reaches fifty and above, across social, paid media, email, print, video, events and e-commerce, the human interpretation step starts to fail. Different designers, different agencies and different offices read the style guide differently, and brand consistency falls apart. The answer is not more oversight but less interpretation.
So we build the identity as a system that produces assets, rather than as a folder of finished files. The founding visual and verbal rules, the colour values, the type hierarchy, the spatial ratios, the tone parameters and the vocabulary limits, are written down in machine readable form. On top of them sit a trained visual model tuned to your own visual language, a structured library of 50 to 200 parameterised prompts covering every primary asset type, a language model configuration for the tone of your copy, and a living digital style guide that updates as the brand develops.
The work runs in four steps. First we map who you are, who you serve and where the current identity stops doing its job. Then comes the classic brand craft, logo, type, palette and voice, because that is the foundation the generative layer stands on. Next we train the prompt kits, lock the visual models and assemble the guide your team can operate on its own. Finally we hand over, train the team and stay with you while the brand settles into the market and keeps adapting.
The approved visual and verbal rules stay documented with examples and limitations. Every generated asset is checked against them and approved by a person before publication, so consistency is structural rather than dependent on individual judgement.

Before we start
Working together2 questions
How many stages and revisions are included?
The brief and proposal define the stages, review points and included work. We clarify the positioning direction and needed applications before agreeing the design scope. The published terms treat changes after design approval as additional work; an unlimited number of revisions is not assumed.
What should the client prepare?
Prepare the current logo and materials, audience, offer, important uses of the identity and the person who will approve the work. Explain what should be retained and where the current identity stops working. Exact deliverable files and applications are agreed in the brief.
Pricing, timing and rights3 questions
How is the price determined?
The indicative price is EUR 1000. It is not a fixed or minimum charge; the final amount is set by an individual quote. The scope may cover a logo system, colour and typography, application rules and brand guidelines. Research, the required applications and review stages determine the proposal. A single defined logo or material can be scoped separately from a full identity. Project payments: 50% advance before work starts and 50% final payment on completion.
How long does an identity project take?
Timing depends on the agreed research and design scope, the number of applications, available materials and approval rounds. We agree the schedule after the brief; there is no one published deadline that applies to every identity project.
Which rights and files are included?
The required usage rights and final file list should be agreed in the proposal, not inferred from the phrase brand identity. The published AI-work terms address transfer of approved final deliverables after full payment, subject to the intellectual-property terms. That clause is not a blanket promise of every working file or third-party right.
