What should I prepare?
Purpose, length, format, channels, references, available footage or CAD/3D assets and timing. Complexity, asset readiness and revisions determine the proposal.
What happens after I enquire?
Send the brief and the result you need. We clarify the scope, dependencies and next step before starting. Business Audit is the expert diagnostic route for complex or unclear tasks. A clearly scoped logo, website or other project can start directly after a brief. You can commission the audit on its own. Brand optimisation includes the audit, an action plan, implementation and before/after measurements within the agreed scope; the included audit is not charged again as a separate service.

What determines the price and timing?
The proposal follows the agreed deliverables, complexity, available materials and review stages. We confirm the schedule after checking the brief and dependencies; no single deadline applies to every project.
Which files and rights will I receive?
The final deliverables, formats and usage rights are listed on the service page and confirmed in your order or proposal. Working files are handed over only for a logo, because the logo is what you pay for. Third-party licences and additional adaptations are not assumed to be included. The agreed scope and published intellectual-property terms apply.
Scope, process and preparation

A filmed story, demonstration or interview. Clarify the audience, message, locations, participants and available footage.
Motion
Animation of typography, graphics or brand elements. Start with the script, identity assets and the formats needed for each channel.
Product 3D
A product visual or animation. Share CAD or an existing model, dimensions, material references and the views you need.
Architectural 3D
A view or walkthrough of a space. Share plans, dimensions, material references and the agreed camera positions or route.
Plan the production
Brief and scope → storyboard or scene plan → production and agreed reviews → approved channel-ready exports.
What to send
A brief with the intended audience and use, references, required duration and formats, and available brand assets. For video: footage and audio where available. For 3D: CAD, models, plans or dimensions, textures and material references. Tell us which assets still need to be created and which usage rights are already cleared.
What shapes the schedule
Asset readiness, filming access, number of scenes, animation or simulation complexity, rendering and the agreed review rounds. Feedback and approvals are dependencies; the schedule is confirmed after the scope is clear.
What shapes the budget
Concept and scripting, filming requirements, asset creation or cleanup, detail and realism, scene count, animation, sound or licensed assets, review rounds and output versions. We distinguish supplied assets from work that must be created.
