AI visibility for your business

AI visibility shows whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude name your business when a customer asks them about what you offer, whether they describe it correctly and whether they recommend it.

Most owners find out about the problem by accident, when a customer mentions that AI recommended a competitor. We measure it systematically, with the same questions and a recorded date.

What AI visibility shows

We look at four things. Whether AI mentions your business at all. Whether it describes it correctly: services, prices, address, opening hours. Whether it places you among its recommendations when the question is about a category rather than your name. And which sources it reads when it writes about you.

Found by name, missing by category

When a customer asks AI about you by name, it usually reaches your website. New customers, however, ask by category: which is the best medical spa hotel in Bulgaria, which agency builds websites in Varna. Then AI reads rankings, directories and platforms and quotes their description, not your text.

In our study, Grand Hotel Pomorie is first by mentions among the 50 centres and is still missing from 46 of the 80 answers. That is the difference between visibility by name and visibility by category.

What you lose when AI does not see you

A customer who asks AI rarely opens a second page of results. They get three or four names and choose among them. If yours is not there, you do not lose a click. You lose the whole conversation with the customer without knowing it ever started.

How we measure

We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude the same questions in Bulgarian and English, keep the answers unedited and record the date. That way the check can be repeated and compared after the corrections. We do not ask from your account, because AI can answer different people differently depending on their history.

We used the same method for our study of 50 medical spa centres in Bulgaria: 80 unedited answers, the methodology, the tables and every question used. 23 of the centres do not appear in a single answer, and 6 of the 20 five-star resorts stay invisible as well.

Free check and the next step

The free website check takes about two minutes and shows whether AI systems can read and understand your site. If you want to know what the answers themselves say about you and improve them, the next step is B2A Brand Signal: a dated measurement, corrections to your website and profiles, and a new measurement after the work.

Price

The website check is free. The Business Audit costs €200 one-time. B2A Brand Signal costs €1000 one-time. Project payments: 50% advance before work starts and 50% final payment on completion. If you have already paid for a Business Audit, you do not pay for it again.

Frequently asked questions

How can I check whether ChatGPT recommends my business?

You can ask it yourself, but you will get one answer shaped by your own history. A reliable check asks several AI systems the same questions, without personal data, and keeps the dated answers so they can be compared.

Why does AI recommend a competitor and not us?

Usually because it finds more consistent facts and external confirmation about the competitor: reviews, directories, articles. AI picks the business it can trust more easily, not necessarily the better one.

What does good AI visibility look like?

Your business appears when customers ask by category, the description is correct, and the sources AI reads say the same thing about you.

How often should it be measured?

At least before and after every change, so the effect is visible. AI systems refresh their sources constantly, so regular measurement shows whether your place in the answers holds.

Can I see what such a measurement looks like?

Yes. Our study of the medical spa centres is public, with every question and answer.
