What services do you offer?
We provide a comprehensive range of digital solutions, including website design and development, branding, digital marketing, e-commerce solutions, SEO, content creation, and ongoing support. How long does a project take?
Timelines vary based on project complexity. A simple website may take a few weeks, while a full-scale brand identity or custom development project could take a few months. We provide clear deadlines and keep you updated at every stage.
What happens if I request changes after the design is approved?
During the design phase, we typically include 3 to 5 design modifications within the quoted price. However, any modifications, complete reworks, or new functionalities requested after the final design approval or during development will incur additional charges.
When should I provide the content for my website?
All website and app content, along with related materials, must be provided within the first week of the project launch. Delays in providing these materials may delay your project timeline and could result in additional charges if they exceed a reasonable timeframe.
Who owns the code and copyright of the final product?
Brand Design Ltd. retains the copyright to all custom code written for a client. However, once all invoices are settled, we guarantee a license for you to use the software for your own entity. Codes can be fully transferred for an additional fee, provided they are never resold or duplicated.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Absolutely. We specialize in website redesigns to improve user experience, modernize your brand, and optimize performance. We'll work with you to understand your vision and business objectives, then transform your current site into a powerful digital asset.
Do you provide ongoing support and maintenance?
Yes! We offer ongoing website maintenance, performance monitoring, and digital marketing support to ensure your online presence remains effective and up-to-date. Our maintenance packages cover updates, backups, and regular fixes.
What are the terms for Digital Marketing and Maintenance packages?
Digital Marketing and Strategy packages require a minimum 6-month commitment. Our Basic Annual Maintenance packages are for a minimum of 12 months, payable monthly. After the initial period, you can cancel at any time with one month's written notice via email.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If you cancel your order in writing before work has started, we offer a 75% refund of your initial payment. If work has already commenced, the maximum refund is 50%. We do not offer refunds if a project is canceled when more than 50% of the work is already completed. All cancellations must be received in writing.
